Addiction is a symptom of untreated physical, emotional, and/or spiritual disease that leaves us devoid of joy, connection, and purpose. It is often our attempt at self-medicating maladies that are not well understood. This service is for individuals who would like to eliminate or reduce their dependance on addictive substances and/or behaviors, with or without the use of MAT (medication assisted therapy). A combination of harm-reduction & abstinence based methodologies are utilized to understand and heal wounding that causes the symptom of addiction. Different methodologies are used at different phases of this process, in accordance to individual client need. The completion of this process results in freedom from craving + compulsive use through learning, adopting, and integrating different curative practices. Family Coaching
This service provides guidance and support in breaking old habits and creating new ones. There are three phases: programming, pruning, and integration (practice). A three-month time commitment is recommended, as this is the minimum period of time it takes most minds to make and/or break habits and patterns. The practitioner and client work together to tag habits that need to be pruned, while simultaneously creating and integrating habits that cultivate mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. Practitioner guidance and support are no longer needed when the client learns how to implement this process independently and exercises the ability to shed and incorporate habits with consistency and efficacy.
